You are buull****, you don't even know where Xiangkhuang is. In fact, Xiangkhuang is directly bordered with Vientnam, only Phongsaly shares border with China. Chinese troop never ever move to Xiangkhuang without passing Luangnamtha or Phongsaly or Oudomxay or Luangprabang or even Houaphan. and PhouNgoy is in Luangprabang from Nambak District route to Muanghiam, Houa phan Province.
