every conflict in the world have the winner! in the 1st and 2nd world wars, Germany killed the Jews over 6mill peoples, bombed London in England, occupied the France and almost Europe! now in the 21st century they're all friends helping each other( especially the French and the German ) building the whole Europe together even they are not the same blood and nationality. they are so fantastic in high civillization and human being... we, all khon lao have the same ancestor and the same blood, the same fate, same tragedies. but never forgive ( both side ) have done so many mistake in the past for centuries, sadly we blamed more and more to each other! in fact no one is to blame!!! we need to all LAO PEOPLES IN THE WORLD- PONG DONG= RECONCILLIATION...
