PANO – A high-ranking military delegation of the Department of Internal Protection, under the General Department of Politics of Lao People's Army, led by Colonel Bounlieng Senphachan, Head of the Department visited the Hanoi Capital High Command on July 9th as part of their working visit to Vietnam.

At the reception, Colonel Le Hien Van, Deputy Commissar of the Command, welcomed the Lao delegates and gave them a briefing on the unit’s achievements over the past years. He also affirmed that their visit to Vietnam would make contribution to promoting Vietnam-Laos friendship.
During the meeting, two sides exchanged their experiences on implementing their internal protection tasks.
On his part, Colonel Bounlieng Senphachan stated that professional experiences of the Hanoi Capital High Command in particular and Vietnam People’s Army in general were high valuable examples for his Department.
