Vietnam, Laos prioritise judicial personnel training
Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong in Hanoi on September 4 held talks with his Lao counterpart Chalon Nhiapaoho at the start of the latter’s visit to Vietnam from September 4-9.
Chalon Nhiapaoho said he is delighted at Vietnam’s socio-economic development and judicial activities over the recent past, adding that Laos hopes to learn more experiences of Vietnam’s judicial sector, especially the country’s judicial reform.
The two sides agreed to continue prioritising the training of judicial personnel and to act as a bridge to help ten border provinces further strengthen co-operation in justice and socio-economic development.
