Vietnamese border guards presented Lao friendship order

The Quang Binh Provincial Border Guard has been given a Friendship Order by the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

Authorized by Lao State President, Mr. Khambay Damlat, member of the Central Committee of the Lao’s People Revolutionary Party, Party Secretary and Governor of Khammuon Province, presented the order to the provincial Border Guard and 6 other groups in Quang Binh Province.

These awards from the Lao State were in recognition of great achievements by Quang Binh Provincial individuals and groups in coordinating with Lao forces to protect border sovereignty-security and to build a peaceful and friendly border, in contribution to fostering the special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos.
